FIGHTTIPS Hybrid Striking Course

The FIGHTTIPS Hybrid Striking Course is a progressive curriculum designed for fighters to improve upon all aspects of stand-up striking through partner-based training. It is a “hybrid” striking system developed by Coach Shane Fazen, combining his 20+ years of experience with Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do.

We understand that there is more than just ONE way to block & throw a punch, so this course will cover tried-and-true techniques that ensure maximum efficiency with minimal risk. Throughout the lessons, Shane will lead you through drills that pro fighters of the highest level use to get fight-ready. Each class will also provide the freedom to incorporate your own personal style, while using the tools at a pace that you and your partner feel safe.

Each lesson will provide a shadowboxing routine to master movements, partner drills to practice defense & counters, and yes — southpaw variations for each exercise. The techniques and principles taught in these classes can be applied to any fight style, like MMA (suggested to be paired with Coach Vince’s MMA IQ Roadmap!), Kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
